mail chimp newsletter form not working

Hello,
In the footer zone, there is a default newsletter form with [mc4wp_form id=”3101″] and subscription box is not working. (when i enter an e-mail and send)
After, i checked the options of Mailchimp for WP. Default id seems different –> [mc4wp_form id=”3383″]. But when i change this id from 3101 to 3383, subscription box disappears on the footer zone.
Note:
I already made my API integration and it shoud be working…Thanks for your support
