Maintenance page not loading

Hi there,
The maintenance page is not loading when linked through from a button url on the home page. It seems to work on other page links but not this one.
I’ve attached the image to show you which button on the home page (last on the right)
It’s been like this for as long as the maintenance page was created months ago, but just so you know, we have gone live so I’ll need to give you a new developer access url
