manually add a course to a user

BUT nothing happens when I click “change”. No box pop ups like in the video.

I’ve not had a reply on this. I found a partial work around but it’s very clunky and I can’t adjust prices.

Reminder what I’m trying to accomplish: I want to be able to manually add orders to users accounts, but it won’t let me add coupon codes or change the price of the item I’m adding. Maybe you have a better solution?

Thanks Julia, but I don’t see any difference. I still can’t change the price of the item or add a coupon discount. I see the field options at the bottom but they don’t affect the total price. This is strange because I think it did work once (back several weeks ago) but I could be wrong.

OK, I did submit a customization request but I can’t see where I submitted that. BUT I just seen this plug in and wondering if this does some of what I’m asking for, that is be able to see customers with a click, etc? https://thimpress.com/product/woocommerce-add-on-for-learnpress/

Sorry, I’m not sure I’m making sense, that’s my bad.

Couple key bits of info:
1. I have the Upsell plugin so I can use coupons right in Learnpress.
2. There is no checkout page when I manually add an order.

Here’s the goal — I want to be able to add courses to user’s accounts and put in any price (I don’t care if it’s by using a coupon or manually adding a price). I was told by learnpress to use the “add order” feature to manually add a course to a user’s account, which is fine except it records the sale at full price (this is a problem with my accounting).

I can’t adjust the price of the course. Perhaps this is a custom feature I need because learnpress is interacting with woocommerce? Or would activating the woocommerce add on (from learn press) be helpful here. Let me know if a video of what I need would be helpful to you.
