I don’t have the option to mark lessons as complete with this course which means that the students won’t get their certificates.

Dear ChocolateLover,
Is your Learnpress plugin in the latest version yet? If not, please update Learnpress to the latest version and try again.

Yes, it’s the latest version and there is no mark as complete on that course.

Dear ChocolateLover,
I checked, however, the lesson is still running normally https://prnt.sc/ycr4rm.
Please check it again.

Can you please check the link that I posted. There is no ‘mark as complete’.

Dear ChocolateLover,
Can you specifically send me a URL for the course?

Dear ChocolateLover,
Since you are setting the course status to “No Requirement Enroll” https://prnt.sc/yh7ggr, the lesson status will not be saved.

That functionality doesn’t work properly. If that’s not ticked then people can take the course without being enrolled and without logging in. If it’s ticked the user can only take the course if they are enrolled on the course and are logged in. This is what I want, but the ‘no requirement to enrol’ suggests the opposite.
Why would that make a difference anyway? The user should still be able to marl the lessons as complete to get a certificate.

Dear ChocolateLover,
If you enable this option, users can take the course without enrolling for the course, users who are not logged in to the website can also take this course. If the user is not logged in, nor enrolled in the course, the data will not be saved because it is not known which user got this result. Data is only saved when a user has logged in and enrolled for a course.

Daisy

No, it’s the opposite. With that checked the user has to enrol and be logged on. Please test it.
