MC4WP Mailchimp form not able to edit

Hello again,
After your wonderful help with the Home Slider, I hope you can help me with this issue.
I would very much like to keep the styling of the Mailchimp sign up form on the home page.
However, the form on the home page ID is 3101 and the one I can edit is 3383. Just putting in form 3383 destroys the styling 3101 provides.
I cannot seem to find 3101 anywhere, and the forum topics concerning this same issue don’t offer a solution, except you editing it :P
So please, if you could help me out with this, I’d be much obliged.
