[mc4wp_form id="3101"] is not working

  Hi!
  
  On a homepage I have [mc4wp_form id=”3101″] which was in your demo when I bought it, but I do not see that form in MailChimp for WP. I see only [mc4wp_form id=”3383″] so I am not able to connect 3101 to my MailChimp.
  
  I want sign up form to be exactly like 3101. How can I do that? Thank you.
