Mobile Header is Inconsistent

Hello,
I am fine tuning my mobile site and noticed that my header is different on the blog page than it is on the home page. I like the version on my home page and want that version throughout the mobile site.

How do I correct this?
Secondly, the mobile navigation menu uses a different font than the rest of my site. I’d like to update this to use Open Sans throughout. Can you show me how to fix this?
