Mobile layout: how to make website good on mobile view?

Hi, support team, can you help with that?
My website has two problems on mobile view.
1. I need to zoom out the page because it is too big to show the whole content.
2. The background of main menu becomes black and the text also becomes black, so I can not see anything. I would like to have the same color setting for them, just the same as my laptop view shows.
