My Edits on Elementor do not not show up when published

Good Evening,
I am currently working with the Sailing theme for my website. It has been going smoothly thus far. However when I built a new page today almost none of my edits made in elementor have shown up online. The “room availability” widget has along with one “room Slider” widget. The rest of my content is no where to be seen. I cleared my site cache, the google cache, and my plugin caches. I am not sure what to do at this point and how to fic this issue as I have other pages I need to create. Please advise.
