My website is extremely slow after installing the coaching theme

After installing this theme my website takes 30secs to 1minute (sometimes longer) to load. In the past weeks, I have tried all possible speed optimization options I could think of e.g. image sizes, disabling/uninstalling unused plugins etc. but nothing worked.
It is unbearable to have my website like this. Please HELP ME HERE!!! -
