need information on how to use templates

Hi there,
I am trying take a template I customized (Life Coaching) and put it in my menu (main nav bar), but when I look through the menu options, I don’t see it. I have read through and searched theme documentation, but don’t see anything about the templates. Can you let me know how to use the Life Coaching template? I tried to export it, but when I went to import it on a new page, I didn’t see an option for that. Thanks for your help.
