New Coaching installation, homepage does not match the demo

  Trying to edit the Coaching theme, new installation, using homepage Demo Health Coaching 3. Please explain:
  
  Sitewide – How to change the text link colors?
  
  Sitewide – How to remove the background blue color, top left behind the logo in Demo 3?
  
  Homepage – I expected after installation to see the default homepage shown here:
  Demo Health Coaching 3 at https://preview.themeforest.net/item/speaker-and-life-coach-wordpress-theme-coaching-wp/full_screen_preview/17097658
  
  But instead it was this:
  http://lm6.261.myftpupload.com
  
  None of the page content is the same as the Demo 3 above:
  – Slider Revolution is just a big gray box with white text that says HOME.
  – The three Product/Service #1, #2, #3 display as huge images inline down the page.
  – This homepage has no About Me section, no contact form, no video section, no Services, no News & Articles, No Courses, no number animation, no Free Consultation form.
