New registration email not coming at email.

Hi Team,
I have one issue on paypii.com/ site when I go to login after register a new user then the registration activation email not coming to the mail. I had already installed the SMTP plugin other emails are coming at email id but registration and forgot password email are not working.
Is there in code override in the Magazette theme?
