Next Steps In Shopping Cart Not Progressing

When I add a room to the booking, the extra options are displayed and I click Next Step button at the bottom, it just spins forever and never progresses forward. The only way I can move forward is to click the Check Out button on the right side cart widget.

This issue is due to the file admin-ajax.php received too many request so the host ignore it. Please contact your hosting provider to check if they blocked this file.

I reconfigered the FTP and verified I can access FTP so you should be good now…not sure what the issue was, but I had the same issue as you. All set. Credentials included.

With the issue about WP Hotel Booking, please delete the plugin and re-install it.

Hi,
I uninstalled and deleted the booking plugins and reinstalled them as instructed. Now the booking process isnt progressing and gives an error, even though it is adding the rooms to the cart.
When I click on the buttons, I see the spinning icon and the error. Please see attached screenshots. -

One other thing as part of this… if I delete rooms from the cart the whole page dims and freezes and the item is not deleted. See screenshot

Still having the issue… can you please assist? I have paid support but am willing to pay you extra to fix this so it works the way it is supposed to if needed. We really need this to work.
