Our Team – how sort team / show description bullet points in frontend

Hello,
i had already asked this question a few years ago, but unfortunately the issue has come up again. How exactly can i sort the order of the team members.
I would like to have Willi Breuer always in first place and Daniel Ryhs, who is now in first place, should be at the end (e.g.).
And the other question is about the description of the team members:
Bie bullet points are not displayed in the frontend, although I created them in the backend.
