Page is very slow on smartphone

  Hi,
  
  I have just installed Eduma but it is very slow especially on smartphones. I’ve installed recommended plugins but Google PageSpeed Insights ratings are: 2 on smartphones, 19 on computers.
  
  I tried use Autoptimize but it only help to get the results: 19 on smartphones, 56 on computers.
  
  What do you recommend to do to increase page speed?
