Page not Found after installing add-ons LearnPress

Hello .. .my client purchased the Learnpress Pro package.. and installed. The plugin worked as expected. My client then purchased some add-ons.. ( listed below ) .. and now when trying to pull up a Category page.. we get a 404 error.. Page Not Found.. we’ve deactivated all the plugins except the LearnPress Pro plugin.. and once all plugins de-activated.. when trying to load up the Categories page.. we are re-directed to the ‘home’ page..
