Payment on the video courses and registration for buyers

Hello everyone,
I have a couple of questions about my website:
1) When somebody wants to buy my video course, they only have an option to pay via PayPal (which I managed to set up), but is there any way that will give them an option to pay by credit card as well? If so, how to do that? This is the address of my video courses: https://giorgisibashvili.com/courses/complete-endgame-course/
2) When somebody wants to buy my video course, they should be registered on my website. Unfortunately, when I click the “login” button, this is available for already-registered users. There are no options for the registration of new users. How to fix it?
3) On my video courses page, I see an advertisement for the Thimpress book shop and the Thimpress Facebook page. How to get rid of that? This is the address of my video courses: https://giorgisibashvili.com/courses/complete-endgame-course/
