I have installed the theme elearningWP but I can not import any demo.
1. Error in Plugins installation:
When installing the plugins, 3 are not installed:
– eLearningWP Demo Data
– Thim Testimonials
– Thim Our Team
For example when I try to install the “eLearningWP Demo Data”, I get this error PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAR (-10)2. Error in demo import:
When I try to import a demo I get the following error – “Unable to decompress the package PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10):Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”.
CODE: #009_INSTALL_PLUGINplease your support on how I can correct these errors, I am already several days with these difficulties, I have reviewed forums and I have not found a solution
