Plugin interference . . . please help

Please help me with a challenge I have. I added a plugin for quiz.
It offers start up and questions but in CHROME and FIREFOX,
it will not go to OPT-IN and RESULTS. It works in safari so you

I requested help from the developer and they said the following:

Fortunately, I have found out that the plugin “HubSpot All-In-One Marketing – Forms, Popups, Live Chat” and your theme “Course Builder” what is causing the form error.

As you can see, these two above is what causes your Thrive Quiz error.
All Thrive Themes products are built according to the WordPress Codex guidelines & standards and are compatible with other themes or plugins made to these standards.
Hence, I suggest contacting the developers of the “HubSpot All-In-One Marketing – Forms, Popups, Live Chat” plugin and “Course Builder” so that they can investigate the issue.
Note: Please also share the video I provided above with the plugin developers and theme developers.
