Problem in resetting a quiz for a particular user

Hi, I wanted to reset a quiz for a user but when I enter user id or email and quiz id in “Reset item progress for a user” section and press reset button it says “No data found”. Please see the attached image. I did try to use both email and user id but none of these worked. Please check and let me know how to solve this issue.

Information i.e. user email and quiz id are correct. I have added access info in “Access info” section, please check and let me know if you need any other information.

site admin ended up resetting the whole course and that seems to resolve the issue of quiz resetting. I tested quiz reset after that and it did work. So, for now, we are good and can close this thread.
