Problem installing nem theme.

  Hello, i’m trying to installing my NEM theme but it have a lot of visual bugs as in the attached photo.
  When I try to load the demo-03.xml, nothing is resolved.
  
  For example, I don’t have the setting to change the logo.
  
  Can you help me if i provide you data to access wp-admin?
