problem with Stripe payment plugin: message from the bank not authorizing

One customer has tried to buy a course but the bank has sent to him a SMS telling that the commerce is not adapted to European payment security regulations and not authorizing the operation. The only payment method I have activated is Stripe but I cannot update the plugin since LearnPress 4 even when I press the button to do it. The version always remains the same: 4.0.0. Maybe the solution to the problem is to update it?
In the Stripe web it says that it’s imperative to be integrated to Strong Customer Authorization (SCA) and you can use 3D Secure.
Last week we sold two courses with no problem but of lower amount.
I have tried a purchase for 1€ and no problem at all. My bank is the same that the bank of my customer with the problema but maybe the quantity is the issue.Any idea?
