I noticed the picture you sent is two different users, the user with the order complete has the username julen.larruskain-1615, and the user you are checking on the profile page has only the username Julen and this user has no orders yet https://prnt.sc/ifzcrkM8bYxy.

I don’t know if I misunderstood the problem, I also created a usertest to buy the course and it works fine, the user can still access the course after purchase.

The system shows as Guest because they bought the course as a guest (meaning bought when they haven’t created an account on your site). In this case, when buying they will receive an order code, after creating an account on the website, they only receive this order code to be able to sync and learn the course.
If you don’t want the user to buy as a guest, you can turn this option off.
