Quiz FAILED

Person who has purchased a course which includes a Quiz, cannot do the quiz because it says they have failed. But they haven’t done the quiz yet. Why? How can I fix this?
This is urgent.
There is no information in the documentation about this – no troubleshooting info at all. There is also no way to search the forums without spending time going back through pages of forum questions. Surely it would be a good idea to make it easier for people to find this information?

With this, they just can give the account they use to buy course for their staff members so they can access course.
