Quiz not starting…

Having some real issues with this one. For the past week, learn press will not allow a user to start any quiz on my main course.
I am able to launch quiz’s on other courses, just not the main one. The mouseover on the button changes color but once you’ve clicked it’s grey and does nothing. No errors are visible.
In addition, I tried to recreate the course using current content and continued to have the same issue.
Any ideas what I can try or how I can get help? This is really causing me problems.

I just noticed that on my main course the button complete is no longer showing. You can watch the video lesson and move to the quiz but there is no way to mark the video lesson complete.
This is working on other courses.

More info to add to the issue at hand.
after the first user complained about not being able to launch any quiz from the certified applicator course, I tried to access it via my admin account as well as a test account I had him in place. Neither of my accounts were able to launch a quiz.
Today I tried to set up an account for you. I added a new account with administrator access and then I processed a purchase with coupon for the certified applicator course so that you could see what it’s doing. From there I was able to access the quiz.
What that means I have no idea, but I’m hoping that you do.

So it looks like this issue never entirely went away. It was very random but now happens with almost every purchase of every course.
The issue is that users are able to complete a purchase but when trying to take a quiz the start button does nothing.
When I receive a complaint, I go into the orders and change the order to pending save it and then change it to completed. This resolves the issue.
Any ideas why this would be happening?

OK, I’ve made some more progress.
The issue appears as the “complete” button does not show to complete a lesson and the test will not start.
This happens when the course has been purchased more than once. (I found it once for a user that had purchase of course previously and then I had cleared the course and manually added it back.)
the course was set to not allow a student to repurchase the same course.
The current issue seems to be that for some reason when a course is purchased it is often listed twice in the enrolled list.
I was able to clear the issue by changing the order to pending and then back to completed.
For users that had previously taken the course, I was forced to delete all previously purchased copies of the course.
I believe the main issue now is why would a purchased exam show up as enrolled twice.

Also noticed that orders are currently showing up on the learn press orders page without any dollar amount regardless of payment amount. I’m wondering if that Info tells you anything in particular about my issue. I was thinking that I have PayPal / WooCommerce / LearnPress configured incorrectly.
I had been using PayPal standard and I just added PayPal and PayPal card processing in the WooCommerce payments tab though neither solved the issue.
I’m wondering how WooCommerce talks to learn press when a coupon is used so that PayPal is not in the middle. I thought that learn press WooCommerce plugin would solve that issue but it is not.

This Issue is most definitely not a woocommerce problem.
Please look again. I have woocommerce payment methods off… and the issue persists.

I do see your successful purchase of the test course you made, but it didn’t seem to affect the current courses. Is there something I can duplicate to makr the others work?
100% Coupons still don’t allow users full access to the course.

Right. But when you try to take the quizzes, they won’t open. you also cannot mark the lesson as “complete” because the button is missing.

Check what again? Nothing was fixed… We’ve tested databases several times and no errors were found.
What is it that the developer thinks he fixed?
