Quote Block vs Pull Quote

Hello,
Since a few months, once I last updated WP Mag theme, Quote Block and Pull Quote blocks are formatted in exactly the same way, i.e. Pull Quote became Quote Blocks, even though these are different block types. I contacted WordPress help desk and upon analysis they provided with the evidence it is WP Mag theme responsible for this. Basically WordPress is formatting thee two as below:
