Remove image in the course page displaying

Dear support,
Today I’d like to customize imagime in the course pages by removing the Image of the course on the course page présentation. But without removing the same image in thim:courses item or in the course build-in when when setup. In fact I’ve some adswords referenced on google to redirect users to the right course page, but The image is taking too much space and slow down users to quickly access to the courses features. Please help to remove image at this position ?
