Required : set of features that should be available with course builder

Hi,
Following are some basic features which should be available with Course Builder.
1) Email notification to student when new course content is uploaded by admin / instructor
2) Email notification to admin and instructor when student completes a section / lesson inside course.
3) For a course with weekly classes, an email reminder to student on say 5th / 6th day if weekly content is not accessed before next class.
4) Allow students to upload their audio/video and the facility for the admin / instructor to provide feedback.
5) Email notification to admin and instructor when student uploads such audio/video.Please let me know if you already have ongoing development to incorporate these basic features in the next update release?
If not, please guide in detail how these features can be achieved ?Thank you.
