Hello Daisy
I have a new customer. I would like to purchase the coaching theme for him. However, I am hesitated due to :
1) the low quality of support I get from your colleague (Not from you).
2) the theme has a lot of bugs you never fix in your updates. Look at the log-in issue in the current open ticket that you didn’t reply to my last message.
3) the demo that suits him doesn’t support RTL. I OPENED a ticket for this issue before it left open for so long without any attention from you.
4) you don’t longer give attention to old customers like me. -
