Hi, we have installed the plugin ‘WooCommerce Sales Countdown’ in our WordPress. We have activated and configured it to be shown in the single product page, ‘below title’. The counter appears in the mobile version but I can’t achieve to appear in the desktop version. I’ve attached two screenshots.

In the plugin code, I can see the hook ‘woocommerce_single_product_summary’, with ‘5.1’ of priority is being used for this. In our single product page we called that hook twice (one for desktop and one for mobile). Every function attached to the hook works for both mobile and desktop version, except the countdown of this plugin :(

Do you know what might be happening?

      Thank you!

          Dear Thoa Kim,

Thank you for the plugin. I have installed it and the result has been the same: I keep having a countdown timer in the mobile version but not in the desktop version. Looking for errors in the Apache error log, I have seen a lot of notices related to the plugin. You have a screenshot attached, in case it helps.

          Best,

          Miguel

            Dear Thoa Kim,

I’m sorry but I’m not allowed to give you access to our wp-admin. What I can do is send you the log file if you need it. And test anything myself.

              Hi again,

Unfortunately, we haven’t solved the issue. As I told you, I can test anything you need and then tell you the results. Or any information / screenshot you need, I can send it to you (if it doesn’t have any sensitive data). I you have an idea of the problem, please tell me. Thank you very much.

              Best,

              Miguel

              Dear miguel_montero,

It’s hard to find out the reason if we can not access your site because you’re the first person reports this issue. So that we need to check directly on your site to know if the issue happens only with your site or due to the plugin. The login info will be kept in security and we will not touch/ change anything except for our plugin. Please consider this matter.

              Yours Sincerely,

              Thoa Kim

                Dear Thoa Kim,

Thank you for your answer. In my team, we are considering to launch a test server where you or other 3rd parties can log in and check issues like the one I’m reporting here. I will let you know about it when it is ready.

                Best,

                Miguel
