Same room can be added to cart many times when it is in someone’s cart

I choose a room for particular dates. I do not checkout, just added it to cart. There is only one such room. Again if I check availability for the same dates as chosen earlier, it shows up to be available. I can again add it to the cart for the same dates. After that I can checkout for two rooms for the same dates. But there is only one such room.
The problem is one room can be added to cart by any one when it is in someone else’s cart for the same date. When there is only one such room, there is no question of room capacity (Number of rooms) not being filled up.
How can I solve it?

The problem is that, if a user puts the only one room that is available for some date in his cart, he himself again can put that room again for thoise dates again in his cart. Before checkout and payment he can search availability as many times as he wants and add to cart as many times as he wants but there is only one room. If other users can book it before payment as you said, then it is OK. But the same user can add it many times after checking availability to the single cart many times. That is the problem. There is only one room. But when a user adds it on different times after checking availibility, the cart shows many rooms have been added. Without woocomkerce payments plugin, it does not happen. But when we use woocommerce payments, it happens.
