Hi,
I’ve requested refund and I explained my issues. On refund request page they told me “Please create a new ticket on our forum and let us know all your issues. If we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you.” So, here are the issues.
First of all, I cant see how many guests booked on the admin panel. It only shows the room capacity.
Also, on the cart page has the same issue, the guests cant see the number of adults they booked, they only see the capacity of the room. It’s confusing and allow misunderstanding for both sides.I need to see how many guests booked so I can make preparations (such as beds, breakfasts, dinner etc).
My another issue is the CSS, I’ve reinstalled the theme on the same domain but on the main page, booking selections are behind the sliders.
I’ve attached the screenshots from the refund page so you can see how serious it is.
