Hi Thimpress-Team!
I have a problem with the registration process.
Initially, after installing Thimpress CorpTrain there was a simple one way registration working.
Month ago I wrote you whether you can set up a double-opt-in registration process for my site. At that time you have been too busy to install a really double-opt-in process and you installed a workaround by using the WordPress backend user registration. Maybe you can remember. The result of this was not what I wanted, because it was too complicated for the user.
Therefore, I decided to have a freelancer installed a double-opt-in process for my site, but the result is again a too much complicated registration process.
My question is:
How can I step back to the easiest first one way registration process you delivered with CorpTrain initially?
Or please can you set back the registration to the initial start for me?I mean the process which came with the version I installed 1 1/2 years ago. The result should be that the registration, the login and the buying process for the user is as easy as possible.
My intention is to give my customers the best possible usabilty!
