site fonts corrupted after SiteGround CPanel migration

hello
my hosting service migrated all my sites to a new cpanel service. in the process, the hard coded fonts in the theme were corrupted for these sites

Elisaveta B.: I understand. I can see that the reason would be that the file path has not been changed. The path for the fonts is currently set to https://www.imindtransformation.com/home/imindtra/public_html/wp-content/fonts/lato/S6uyw4BMUTPHjx4wWCWtFCc.woff where it should be set to https://www.imindtransformation.com/home/customer/www/imindtra/public_html/wp-content/fonts/lato/S6uyw4BMUTPHjx4wWCWtFCc.woff This is due to the path that the cPanel had was /home/domain/public_html, where on Site Tools this is set to /home/customer/www/domain/public_html

Elisaveta B.: Usually those fonts would be changed from the theme itself. Our system, when performing the migration, goes over all of the links and updates them, however when there are custom fonts or settings that are hard coded into the theme or the builder that was used, the change would need to be performed manually

Elisaveta B.: Thank you for the patience, Linda! I have double checked the issue and it seems that indeed the fonts have been hard coded in the application somewhere and it would be best to reach out to a professional website developer who would be able to get familiar with the configuration of the website and help correct the paths. Alternatively, the fonts can be deleted and be set up again, which will fix the path and set it to the ones in Site Tools. I completely understand the inconvenience that this is causing, however I’m afraid that as a hosting provider, we’re not familiar with website development and configuration.
