Social Icons not displaying on Top Bar/Pre-header or Footer

Hello,
For some reason, the social icons will not display on my site’s top bar or footer. I’ve tried viewing in 3 different browsers and the same thing is happening. If I add icons to other parts of the page they display correctly.
I’ve attached screenshots for your reference.
