Some problems in the first use

Hi, I’m using a Bluehost plan.
I’ve uploaded the theme, and after that, loaded the demo items succesfully.
When I load the page, it takes like 6-10 seconds. That is, too long. A normal theme loads in 2 seconds.
Also, I’ve noticed that the heading_secondary div it’s not well centered.
And finally, I don’t know why a lot of images are not loaded like in the demo.
