Students Result changing because of adding videos

  Dear team,
  
  There is a technical glitch in the course system. Can you please guide me how to rectify this?
  
  Whenever we add videos to an ongoing training, result of students changes and the certificate disappears.
  
  Please help! Let me know how to deal with this.
