Hello, long time ago that I don’t change the text of the system e-mails. When I changed the completed order e-mail for users and click on Save changes, the e-mail changed to ENGLISH and general version (plain text and HTML). What’s the problem?
It happened in this one, but don’t wanna try in other one to happen the same.
Thanks and kind regards,

Hi faada,
Sorry, before pressing save you can choose “email content” https://prnt.sc/11q4ndc

Hello,
Yes, I did. I choosed “Inscripción completada” Usuario and even I change the text in mode texto plano/plain text or HTML, when I save changes it becomes in English the old version. Try it if you can in this e-mail (no others because they are in Spanish and I don’t want to change til it works correctly).
If I choose the 3 options (Ajuste general / Texto plano / HTML) and I change the text and save, all the time appears in English and the same text.
Thanks

You test the “Curso Finalizado” Administrador and I can see now that the text changed in English already (it was in Spanish). Don’t test in activated e-mails because it will happens the same. But you could see in any NON activated e-mail or better try in that one (“Curso Finalizado” Administrador) that you changed that the text doesn’t change even you edit.
Thanks

I mean, you could add a word in this e-mail that you test and you will see after save it, that will dissapear!

I seams that if you change anything, the system gets the old English template e-mail in English and you can’t change it anymore.
Thanks

Sorry to write you different entries.
But also wanna comment that if you add an header image in the e-mails, doesn’t work or I can’t see anything saved.
This is not important than the previous entries, but to let you know that something is wrong.Imagen de la cabecera

Dear faada,
because before you used the old Learnpress plugin, we have updated it to the new version and has no errors. So we haven’t edited anything yet. you should check again.

Hello, but some months ago I updated the new version of LearPress, is there a new one? A part from Beta one?? I would have prefered to update with my Webmaster to avoid any problems. What you mean? Now I have a new Learnpress with no Spanish version? I remember the last one it has a lot of LocoTranslate words, and now I havven’t..
Could I upload the last file of LocoTranslate to get the Spanish words??
Thanks

Hello, my Webmaster could upload the last LocoTranslate Spanish version that we backup. But now still appear in LearPress settings this:
There is a new update of LearnPress. You may need to update your theme () to avoid outdated template files.
This is not a bug, don’t worry. Read more about Outdated template files notice here.
Ver lista de plantillas obsoletas DismissWhat should I do? And with this action I lost a lot of words that now I need to translate again. I will backup again when I tranlated but there is not an option to don’t loose the translation when there is a new version of Learpress or WP?
Thanks

Dear faada,
Sorry, but currently your learnpress is using the latest version.
As for translations, when you choose the place to store translations as System, when you update, the translation will not be lost.
If you choose to translate at Author, the translation will be lost when updating.Best regards,

Ok, I will check with my Webmaster how to do it as a System. If you have any advice, let me know.
I uploaded the last Loco backup but there still are a lot of words not translated. Why all the languages in Loco Translate are 100% translated and Spanish is 30%?
Thanks
-
April 27, 2021 at 5:32 PM #741642faadaParticipant
We already updated all the translation and then stored the 100% Spanish in System. Maybe we had some translated words (the other Spanish 30% in Author, that’s why). But hope the next time will keep all the translation.
I saw already a pre-release of LearPress 4.0. Any comment?
Thanks

Dear faada,
If there are still untranslated words you can follow the steps
you need to maximize Loco Memory.Step 1: Please go to Loco Translate -> Settings -> Skip PHP files larger than: up to 800KB Number of backups to keep of each file: 0 -> Save
Step 2: Please go to Loco Translate -> Themes(plugins) -> Eduma theme(Learnpress, … ) -> Edit template -> Sync -> Save.
Step 3: Go to file translate of the theme(plugin) -> Edit -> Sync -> Save -> find text you need then change -> Save.
Note: Please choose location translate file is SystemIf there is no translation in your language, you can create a new translation file as follows
Go to your Dashboard => Loco Translate => Plugin (or Theme) => LearnPress (or Eduma/your theme) => New Language
at Choose a language => Select your website Language (i.g English (United States))
at Choose a Location => Systems => check itStart translating
Then it shows a translated template for you, you can find that word in the Filter box, then enter your changed word to the translation box => Save => Sync
Best regards,

Hello, I will check what you did now.. but something is wrong! As I said, I stored Spanish 100% translated to System and I changes some words, and it works.. but after a while, now I lost all the last translations and appeare again the firts words, I don’t understand what happens!! I will check with my webmaster but is it possible that you can’t change the words in Sistem or something like that? Why let me change and after a while it becomes the same?
Thanks
