The prices are without VAT when I paying. I would want add VAT.

Hello.
The prices with VAT appear on the apartment’s website, but when paying they do not add VAT. I have put the price without VAT in the configuration of the room, so that the correct price appears on the page of each room. When making the payment (by card) only the price without VAT appears.
In general configuration I have put VAT included.
How can I solve this problem?
