The Theme and Demo look different from the preview version

Could you please check why the theme (the Demo) I installed doesn’t look like in a preview? It is missing fields. I already deleted the theme once, rebooted my PC and reinstalled it. Still the same – there is no Home slider and other fields are different and missing too…
There are two files attached:
1. Preview – what I would expect.
2. Installed Version – what I got.
