Theme Add Error – 500 Internal Server Error

  Hi folks, Please help.
  
  So I am on a Godaddy Windows Hosting (Shared), so first I created a .user.ini file and added these items to it:
  
  upload_max_filesize = 32M
  post_max_size = 32M
  max_execution_time = 300
  max_input_time = 300
  memory_limit = 256M
  
  This verified in the PHP info page.
  
  Then I went to WP and Themes, and then added Eduma.zip and clicked on install. After about 2-3 minutes it gives me an error :
  
  Internal Server Error
  The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
  Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
  
  More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
  
  I am not sure how to resolve this?
