Theme appearance changed after moving from staging site to live site

Hi again
I have got the live site up and running from the staging site, but it looks odd. I tried deactivating all plugins and the issue was still there. The live site is https://www.swfed.org.uk and the staging site is http://staging.swfed.org.uk (the admin I set up for you on staging the other day is also on the live site, so you should hopefully be able to login if needed).
