Thim Core and add-on bundle

Hi,
Just bought academyLMS theme. Number one reason, I need the add-ons for MyCred and Woocommerce.
After theme install I get two messages – outdated files – and – start Thim Core. I guess thim core fixes the outdated files and hopefully give me the add-ons I need (and paid for)
But I get a white screen – no thim core ?!?
How do I fix this and (more important) how can I get the add-ons?!?!
