“Thim Core” plugin slowing everything down

Hi,
Whenever I activate the plugin “Thim Core” and try to load a page with its Shortcodes, the page needs a lot of time to completely load.Instead, if I deactivate that plugin the loading time of the same page goes drastically down (loads almost instantly) but obviously nothing get displayed.
