thim layout builder doesn’t work in the footer

Hello!
Thanks for the wonderful theme :)
I tried to edit the imported demo footer (where there is get in touch, social links, etc.), but I can’t edit it at all.
I removed that widget from ‘footer’ and added it Thim Layout Builder again, and it still doesn’t work.
I click on the button ‘open layout builder’ but nothing happens.
Please help
