[Translation] LOCO: The translation isn't visible

Hello,
After following the how-to translate the theme with Loco and select System: languages/themes/charitywp-fr_FR.po, the translated text doesn’t appear on the website.
The style.css file is unchanged and pointing to charitywp.Do you know how to fix this issue?
