Unable to Delete Pictures in the Portfolio Gallery

Hello – I am trying to remove a couple pictures from a gallery under a specific project page i created. Every time I click on the “X” to remove the image it just takes me back to the top of the page, it is not removed. I have attached a screenshot of what I am trying to remove. Please advise. Thanks
