Unable to make any changes to Education Pack Theme

Hello,
I am using the Education Pack theme since 2018 and need to make some changes to the theme and looks like you blocked all the options to make any changes to the theme footer of the header. You promote this as a free theme this is unethical to inactive all option to make changes to the theme. Even nothing appears if I go through the WP default customize option.
In case if this is not possible, please let me know how can I switch my theme to either Eduma or AcademyLMS and my existing courses will be as it is. I am using LearnPress LMS plugin.
Your support on this will be highly appreciated.
