User can't login / register – loading and loading

After updating the latest version of the theme, here I can see popup feature is just turned on. & i can’t disable it because i can’t see this option anymore to turn it off. https://prnt.sc/m9xmz3
In popup form when user want to login in or register, all they can see is loading & loading……! https://cl.ly/c5520b
I told you the same thing before & you said to turn the popup feature off. and this time I can’t find this option. So, please give me the solution of that.
